City VCSE Funding Fair – Leicester
CITY VCSE FUNDING FAIR 2019
This year the City VCSE Funding Fair is taking place at the City Hall and all Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations based in the city are invited to come along and meet local and national funders who are actively investing in community groups in your area.
The Funding Fair will give you the opportunity to:
- Float your ideas past potential funders
- Learn about current funding programmes
- Find out how VAL can help you to succeed in your future bids
There are 14 confirmed funders: Central England Coop, Charity Bank, Futures, George Ernest Ellis Foundation, Heritage Lottery Fund (2-4pm only), Leicestershire & Rutland Community Foundation, Near Neighbours (2-4pm only), Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, Samworth Brothers Sports Opportunities Fund, Severn Trent Community Fund, Sport England, Tesco Bags of Help and The National Lottery Community Fund: Reaching Communities and Awards for All.
You have the choice of booking onto either the afternoon or the early evening session, please do not book onto both:
2:00pm – 4:00pm: Funding Fair (Registration from 1.45pm)
Early Evening Session
5:00pm – 7:00pm: Funding Fair (Registration from 4.45pm)
This event is open to Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise Sector organisations working in Leicester City only. We will be holding a Funding Fair for County based groups in 2020.
