Join us for our next Economic Impact Workshop on 16 June 2020.

The Economic Impact team is running a learning session on creating a Theory of Change. This session will help you to understand what a Theory of Change is, how to present one in a diagram form and how to use one to effectively measure your impact.

Why attend?

A Theory of Change is a tool designed to help visualise and describe the need your charity is trying to address, the change you are trying to make (your outcomes) and how you plan to do it (your activities). A Theory of Change will help you explain why you think your activities will lead to the outcomes you want to achieve. This in turn will help you become more effective in evaluating and measuring your impact as an organisation.

If you are responsible for project planning, reporting on outcomes or demonstrating the social value of your organisation, then this learning session will help you plan your project effectively and become better at showcasing your organisation’s impact.

Who can attend

The Economic Impact learning sessions are open to any not-for-profit organisation delivering services in Leicester or Leicestershire.
