Are you a new trustee, a charity founder or an aspiring finance officer or maybe someone who handles the administration of finances for your organisation. If you need to make sense of accounts and reporting, or maybe just want a quick refresh on charity finance then this training is for you.

This course will give you an introduction to the basics around financial management for charities. It is aimed at non finance managers and those that handle the administration of finances for your organisation. In addition to the theory there will be practical exercises on the basics of book keeping including how to record income and expenditure, bank reconciliation, petty cash and the basics of cash forecasting.
