More about the Fund:
The Community Action Fund is part of the wider Community Action Programme, designed to empower local people, voluntary groups, and small organisations to deliver projects that prevent crime and strengthen community safety.
Eligible groups can apply for up to £10,000 in grant funding to make a real, local difference.
This opportunity is open to:
- Voluntary and community groups
- Charities and social enterprises
- Parish and town councils
- Constituted community organisations
- Your organisation must have fewer than 30 full-time equivalent staff (volunteers not included).
Projects must align with one of the Police and Crime Plan priorities and focus on community-led prevention and safety.
What You Can Apply For:
Funding of up to £10,000 per project is available to support:
Community engagement and awareness activities
Local solutions that help prevent harm and build safer neighbourhoods
Multiple applications are welcome. Each proposal will be assessed independently.
