Charnwood VCS Network – Partnerships that work: Business, Community and Digital Skills
The theme for this event will be Partnerships that work: Business, Community and Digital Skills. We will look at demystifying corporate social responsibility, and how Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations can better engage with local businesses to build meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships.
A peer support approach will be used to listen in on a ‘fireside chat’ between two local businesses proactively delivering CSR and two Charnwood VCSOs with experience of including CSR in their sustainability strategies and sharing honest insights about what makes collaboration work.
Also, an exciting new introduction to how you can tap into Loughborough College’s Digital Skills Hub and T Level students’ digital talent to increase the capacity for your organisation. There are significant short and long-term opportunities on offer including access to state of art technologies.
Registration and networking is from 9:30am
This event is for Charnwood-based organisations only. Light refreshments will be provided, and there will be time for networking and peer support opportunities.
