Have your say on the future of support services for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector across Leicestershire

Leicestershire County Council are seeking views through a short survey to understand the support provided to VCSE Sector organisations and the ongoing needs of the VCSE Sector. Currently VAL, provides essential infrastructure support services to VCSE organisations within the County. RCC and CASE provide skilled targeted support to the VCSE sector in the County.

Your feedback is crucial; this review will guide future decisions about the type of support VCSE organisations need most. Without this feedback we may no longer be able to provide free support and resources to local VCSE organisations beyond 1st April 2027.

The survey will ask you:

  1. The types of support needed by the VCSE Sector
  2. Your experiences of any support you’ve received from Voluntary Action Leicestershire.
  3. Any other ways you’ve been involved with or engaged with Voluntary Action Leicestershire.

Your input is important and will directly influence and shape the future of VCSE support in Leicestershire.

You can find the link to the survey below: https://lccsurveys.leics.gov.uk/s/lcwh3i

The survey will be open until Friday 16th January 2026 and we are happy for you to share details of the survey amongst your contacts and networks.

Thank you for your assistance. Your views are important to us.
