On 2 July the government published their guidance on maintaining records of staff, customers and visitors. Certain organisations in certain sectors are required to collect details and maintain records of staff, customers and visitors on their premises to support NHS Test and Trace. We recommend all VCSE organisations read the guidance to see how it might affect your type of service delivery or organisations you work in partnership with.

As part of the government guidance on maintaining records on people using your establishments, an organisation called Time to Spare has produced a track and trace system for the safe collection of contact details.
