Supporting individuals who face barriers to accessing education, training and employment.
The project supports individuals by providing personal coaching sessions in your local area. These sessions will develop your skills and confidence to access education, training and employment.
The project will work with individuals to boost their confidence and help them to develop their skills and experience through volunteering, employment, training and skills development.

- Looking to retrain or access further education or training?
- Who are are interested in Volunteering
- Individuals interested in the Self Employment Journey
For VCSE Groups:
- Are you a VCSE organisation, or education provider that works with individuals aged 19+ who could refer people into this project. (There is no age limit for this project)
- Do you have volunteering roles available we can help you fill?
- Can you advertise BUILD on your community websites or notice boards
- Tell us about local events to share the BUILD project with your communities
- Individuals can self-refer to the BUILD project.

Meet the Team
Tracey has a wealth of experience across the Technology, Banking, and Charity sectors, having transitioned to the charity sector in 2018. She is passionate about personal development, embracing a curious, growth-oriented mindset, and enjoys supporting individuals who face disadvantages or barriers, helping them build confidence, learn new skills, and make positive life changes. As a strong advocate for inclusion, Tracey dedicates her spare time to volunteering with organisations such as Working Families Charity, contributing to Motability magazine, and recently joining the Leicestershire and Rutland County FA’s new football council.
Paul brings a rich and varied background to the Build Project, with experience spanning multiple industries and sectors. He started his career working in factories, warehouses, and construction sites, later transitioning to scientific research and academia. Most recently, Paul worked in radiation and laboratory health and safety before moving into the charity sector.
Paul now supports clients in identifying and closing skill and knowledge gaps, enabling them to advance in their careers or secure their dream job.
