Volunteer Recruitment Workshop

This workshop is intended for those with the responsibility of recruiting and engaging volunteers within their group or organisation.

The workshop will explore some of the key things to consider when looking to recruit volunteers, including addressing some of the difficulties and challenges that you might face as well as alternative methods to try.

Objectives of the session

• To share experiences with your peer volunteer managers
• To explore key considerations when thinking about recruiting volunteers
• To explore different methods for recruiting volunteers
• Please note a maximum of 2 attendees per organisation

Please note, this training is free of charge to groups within Leicestershire who have County beneficiaries.

Groups with solely City beneficiaries, or from outside Leicester are still welcome to attend, but a charge of £30.00 per attendee will apply.
