What they did

At the Getting Ready for Employment and Training (GREAT) Project, the project supported families to take steps towards employment.

Their purpose was to support families overcome challenges and barriers that have prevented them from finding a job or seeking further education.

Everyone enrolled on the GREAT Project was assigned a Employment Support Officer who supported them throughout their journey and helped them to achieve their goals.
