This is an opportunity for the VCSE to connect with health and influence service provision. To Learn, discuss and share your understanding of the impact the pandemic has had on our health and our community.
It is imperative for the health partners to be working better in collaboration with the VCSE to shape future service delivery.
In this session you will hear from Health partners about stronger cross-sector partnership working, giving you an opportunity to share your views on community health priorities and raise any concerns. You can also be part of a discussion on social prescribing and how to connect with your local link worker.
This interactive session will be a combination of speakers, workshops and panel discussion.
[Please note a maximum of 3 attendees per organisation can book and attend the event.]
