VAL is working with Reed Talent Solutions to host a webinar looking at ‘Top Tips on Recruitment’.

This session will offer some key insights into recruiting to VCSE organisations, drawing on Reed’s expertise from working with a range of organisations across varied fields.

The session will be useful for any VCSE organisations looking to recruit paid staff, but will equally be useful to consider around volunteer and trustee recruitment. The key steps and processes for recruiting paid staff and volunteers tend to be similar, so it is important to consider things like:
