VAL is working with North West Leicestershire District Council to bring together local Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations working with volunteers in Coalville and the surrounding area to look at how you are working with volunteers, what is working well and what are the current challenges being faced.

This year the council is giving away 27000 trees as part of our declared climate emergency. These trees will absorb over 10,000 tonnes of carbon over the next 40 years (assuming they all survive).
