The Object Of Harborough Community Bus (Hcb) Is The Provision Of A Charitable Transport Service For Community Groups From The Market Harborough Area, Or Individuals Living In That Area, Who Are In Need Of Such A Service Because Of Age, Sickness, Disability Or Poverty.hcb Is Operated Entirely By Volunteers Under A Section 19 Bus Permit. Small Charges Are Made To Contribute To Running Costs.
