The Safeguarding: Putting It Into Practice workshop is designed for professionals who have already completed introductory safeguarding training and are looking to develop their practical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Through realistic scenarios, group discussion, and case studies, participants will explore:
- Apply step-by-step safeguarding procedures confidently
- Be aware of key legislation and statutory guidance
- Make appropriate safeguarding referrals in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland
- Understand whistleblowing and the role of LADO
This session helps participants bridge the gap between learning safeguarding principles and confidently putting them into action in their day-to-day roles.
