Supporting the organisation to gain charitable status

VAL has worked extensively with the trustees of Quorn Mills Park Bowling Club. Initially they requested support negotiating a lease with the landlord.

Working in textiles for many years, Ling was offered voluntary redundancy, she felt it could be a positive new start for her.

VALUES supports adults with learning disabilities by helping them make friends, become more independent and get the most of out life.

In May 2015, local group Musical Youth secured funding £3,727 for a project highlighting the issues around online bullying. The project saw 10 and 11 year olds develop and deliver a performance in schools.

Samia has always had an interest in training and teaching, and after doing some research into upskilling and looking through the courses on our website, she decided to sign up for our Award in Education and Training course.
